Case Study: Sanvit Automotives LLP, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore

Comprehensive IT Infrastructure Setup — Showroom & Bodyshop

Background & Challenge

Sanvit Automotives LLP, a new automotive dealership of Maruti cars in Bangalore, was establishing two independent yet interlinked facilities: a car showroom and a bodyshop. Both locations required a robust IT environment integrated under a single, secure network. The client’s Dealer Management System (DMS) were to be hosted on an on-premise server, necessitating reliable connectivity, high data protection, and uninterrupted operations across both locations. As this was a greenfield project, Ctrl E was chosen to design, supply and execute the IT infrastructure end-to-end, collaborating closely with the architect and business owner to ensure seamless technology integration during construction and interiors development.

Ctrl E Engagement & Approach

Ctrl E designed and delivered an end-to-end IT ecosystem encompassing structured networking, server deployment, end-user devices, and security infrastructure across the showroom and Bodyshop.

    •     CAT6 Cabling with D-Link Patch Panels and Faceplates delivered optimized LAN speed and easy future scalability.
    • QNAP NAS supplied centralized storage for critical data backups and departmental data sharing.
    • Delta Online UPS with Batteries provided clean power backup across racks, servers, and switches, preventing disruptions.
    • All network gear organized in NETRACK Server Rack with PDUs, cooling fans, and proper labeling for long‑term maintainability.

    • Sophos XGS Firewall + Standard Protection enabled end‑to‑end perimeter defense and created a VPN tunnel linking the showroom and body shop into a unified, secure LAN.
