  • Order/Service Cancellation by Customer:
    • Customers may cancel their order or service request within 24 hours from the time of purchase or booking, provided the service or product delivery has not yet commenced.

  • Cancellation by Ctrl E:

    • In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted under the following conditions:
      • The product/service is defective or does not match the description provided on www.ctrle.in.
      • The service was not delivered as per the agreed terms.
      • A cancellation request was made within the eligible time frame as mentioned above.
    • Refunds will not be provided for:
      • Change of mind or user error after the service/product has been delivered or used.

    • Digital downloads, custom orders, or services already rendered.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products/Services

  • If you receive a defective product or a service that does not meet the agreed standards, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt or service completion.

4. Shipping and Delivery Issues
